Our studio team is available via email Monday through Friday from 9-5pm EST, to helping you in any way that we can. In our workroom, we have one seamstress working on orders. Due to the current situation, new orders may take longer to get to you. Thank you for your support and trust in us.
In addition to keeping in contact with our suppliers and warehouse partners, we are monitoring CDC guidelines and recommendations, updates provided by WHO, and updates and requirements from local authorities. We will be keeping this page updated with any new updates to our operations, and we do anticipate that there may need to be changes in coming days and weeks.

Currently, we are working to continue fulfilling swatch orders, though our turnaround times may be slower than usual. We continue to do this as long as we are safely able. If your swatch request is time-sensitive, please reach out to email@example.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We continue to ship orders of in-stock items as long as we are safely able to do so. There may be an added delay to fulfillment, so your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
Made to Order (Custom) Orders
Most of our suppliers are open and we are able to fulfill new orders. However, there may be an added delay to fulfillment as some fabric suppliers are not operating at full capacity, so your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
