Bespoke Pillow Covers

 

 PROCESSING TIME:

All of our pillow covers from the regular collection are made-to-order and usually require between 1–3 weeks lead time unless otherwise stated.  Please check the details on individual product pages for processing time, as they may vary.  If you ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together once all the items are ready.  If you would like to receive them, as they are ready, please specify when placing the order under "special instructions" or order them separately.

For custom orders, the processing time varies depending on the project and availability of the fabrics.  Please contact us for further information.

 

SHIPPING: 

For our US & Canadian customers, you will receive free shipping when you regularly priced pillow covers spend $250+ (automatically applied).*

*Pillow inserts excluded.

In most cases, our made to order items will ship 1 - 3 weeks from the date the order is placed, unless otherwise noted.  Please check the product page for more information.

All in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days.

We ship most orders via Canada Post unless otherwise noted on product page.  If you request for expedited service, please contact us for a quote and more information.

If you have placed multiple orders, they will be shipped when all items are ready.  If you want to receive them as they are ready, please indicate that on your order.  Otherwise, you can order the items separately. 

Orders over $100 may require a signature.

 

Canadian Customers:

Orders shipped to Canadian addresses will be shipped via regular parcel.  Timeline from Canada post indicates delivery times of up to 9 business days depending on your location. 



 

US Customers:

All our pillow covers are made in Canada and are therefore USMCA exempt.  However, there may be clearing fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.  Items shipped to the US will be shipped via light or small packet with delivery times of up to 12 business days.  This may take longer if there is a delay at the border.

 

International Orders:

Many countries charge import duties and/or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer and are paid upon delivery by the buyer.  If you are unaware what the duties will be, please contact your postal authorities to find out.

  

RUSH/EXPEDITED ORDERS:


If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering to inquire about our current lead time, rush charges, and/or expedited shipping rates.



  

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

Any items that are returned as non-deliverable, incorrect address or incorrect name are not the fault of SWD Studio.  You will be sent an invoice for new shipping costs.  No refunds will be given on these orders and new postage MUST be purchased. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, and it is a deliverable address. 



  

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:

All our products are custom and made-to-order, therefore we do not accept returns.  We highly recommend ordering a fabric sample* if you are unsure about colour and texture.  If you require assistance in sizing, please refer to our sizing guide or contact us for assistance.

Pillow inserts are a final sale.  No refund or exchange.

* Please note that not every fabric is available as a swatch, but we do our best to fulfill your request.

Custom orders or Sale items are a FINAL SALE - No returns or exchanges.

 

CANCELLATIONS: 



Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order for whatever reason.  Cancellations can be made within 24 hours from the time the order is placed without incurring a cancellation fee.  After that period, a cancellation fee is 10% of the product total will apply as we may have already used our supplies and resources to begin filling your order.  No cancellations can be made once the order has shipped.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our studio to ensure it meets our high standards. 



If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to repair or replace the item.  No claims can be made after 48 hours of package arrival.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, it is important to keep in mind that some fabrics have certain natural characteristics and "flaws" that should not be considered as defects.  Linen fabrics may have occasional barres, loops and slubs, which are due to the nature of fibres and the rustic surroundings of the weaving process.  This applies equally to Silk and other natural fibres.  Printed fabrics may contain minor and insignificant misprints, random flecks, or slight variations.  Hand-woven and hand-dyed textiles may have irregularities inherent to the techniques used in their making, as well as in the natural fibres themselves.  These characteristics do not constitute as damaged goods.
